Steps To Help You File a Claim

Let’s get your claim started!

The following is information about your coverage and a step-by-step guide for filing a claim. Please note that your Claims Administrator is Fortress Home Repair and you may contact them directly at 1-855-275-2875. No claims will be paid without prior authorization from Fortress Home Repair.

STEP 1

Prevent Further Damage

As soon as safely possible, stop use of the system/appliance in the home to avoid any further damage.

File A Claim

Call 1-855-275-2875 or report a claim online 24/7 (have your contract # available).

STEP 3

Schedule an Appointment

With a licensed service provider of your choice.

STEP 4

Authorize Claim

The service provider will need to provide a diagnosis of the issue and the costs to repair the system or appliance to Fortress Home Repair. Authorization from Fortress Home Repair is required before any repairs are performed. You will be responsible for the cost of the repair if it’s not covered under your contract.

STEP 5

Payment of Authorized Repairs

Fortress Home Repair will pay the service provider directly for covered and authorized repairs minus your deductible.
